Join us for a journey of connection and harmony with AKISO at OMO, Galleria Gurgaon.

 We begin with 45 minutes of yoga led by Riti—gentle warm-ups, mindful breathing, and partner yoga postures that foster balance, trust, and shared energy. Whether you come with a friend, sibling, or partner, this practice invites you to explore togetherness through movement.

The session then flows into 45 minutes of sound healing by Rhythm, where mellow vibrations from singing bowls and instruments ease you into deep rest and inner stillness.

We invite you to bring a partner to share the practice with—this could be a sibling, a close friend, your mother, or your spouse. The session is designed to explore connection and balance through movement and sound, making it even more meaningful when experienced together.

To make the experience complete, each participant will receive one pair of 100% cotton yoga pants from AKISO, which you can wear during the session.
