This shawl combines two unlikely fabrics - woollen and Chantilly lace. The shawl is designed to seamlessly capture the essence of both in a harmonious pattern all along the shawl.
The lesser used technique of weaving in shawls, called “chasm-e-bulbul” or “eye of the bulbul”, results in a repeating pattern of Lozenge (diamond) shapes, adding a more depth to the piece.
